How to Return

2. We'll provide you with a return shipping address
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging
4. Once received, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refund Details

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
• No restocking fees

Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue and your order number. We'll ship a replacement at no cost — no need to return the defective item.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
